    Buy your closing gifts once and stop thinking about them. Each credit is one Classic basket, hand-packed in Scarborough and delivered on closing day with a handwritten card from you.

    Email us the client name, the address and the closing date. We handle the rest and send you a photo when it lands.

    10 closings, $890. $89 a basket. Your logo on every card, and a free one-year anniversary card for each client.

    Credits never expire. If a closing falls through, the credit stays on your balance. There is no delivery charge on credit baskets anywhere we deliver, and you can upgrade any single closing to a Grand basket for the difference.

    How the credits work

    Buy the pack once. When a closing is booked, email us the client name, the address and the closing date. We deliver a hand-packed Classic basket that day with a handwritten card from you, and send you a photo when it lands. Credits never expire, and you can use them anywhere we deliver.

    What is in a Classic basket

    Each credit is one Classic basket, normally $99. Specialty coffee, Medjool dates, chocolate, pistachio baklava from a GTA bakery, Ontario maple syrup and a stoneware mug, packed in a kraft box with an olive band and a wax seal. Contents vary a little with seasonal stock, and we can swap items if a client has an allergy.

    Delivery and coverage

    Same-day across the GTA when we have the closing date a day ahead, which is usually the case. Anywhere else in Canada we ship with tracking in 1 to 3 business days, so plan those a week out. No delivery charge on credit baskets, wherever they go.

    Questions realtors ask

    Do the credits expire?

    No. Buy ten in March and use the last one two years later if that is how your year goes.

    What if a closing falls through?

    Nothing happens to the credit. It stays on your balance until you use it.

    How much notice do you need?

    One business day for the GTA is comfortable. Same-day is often possible if you email us before 12 pm. For deliveries outside the GTA, give us a week.

    Can I put my logo on the card?

    Yes, on the 10 pack. On the 5 pack we print your name and write the message by hand. Send us your logo after checkout and we will show you a proof.

    Can I upgrade a single closing to a Grand basket?

    Yes. Tell us when you send the closing and we will invoice the $50 difference.

    Do you invoice, or is it card only?

    Either. Check out here with a card, or email us and we will send an invoice for the pack.
