What is the last day to order for Christmas?
December 12 for delivery anywhere else in Canada, so it arrives before the holidays. December 23, by 12 pm for same-day delivery across the GTA. We deliver right up to Christmas Eve in Toronto, but the 23rd is the last day we can promise it.
How late can I order and still get it the same day?
12 pm on a weekday and 10 am on Saturday. We deliver between 2 pm and 8 pm, which suits people who are out at work during the day.
I need 40 boxes for our office. How far ahead should I order?
Two to three weeks for anything over 25 boxes in December, because that is our busiest stretch of the year. Smaller orders can often go out within a few days. Start the conversation early and we will hold the date.
Can you deliver to a lot of different addresses?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we deliver to each one, with a different handwritten message per box if you want. One invoice for the whole thing.
Will these suit people who do not celebrate Christmas?
Yes, and that is partly the point. Nothing in the box is specifically Christmas, so the same basket works for the colleague who celebrates and the one who does not. Tell us and we will leave the word Christmas off the card.
Can you tell me exactly what is in a basket?
Yes, just ask and we will send the full ingredient list. Every food item is halal certified or plant-based, and we do not use alcohol, pork or gelatin in anything, including the extracts. Some baskets contain nuts, sesame, milk or wheat.
